The Event Planner Expo promises power networking, incredible learning opportunities, and revenue-boosting engagements over three incredible days on October 15th-17th, 2024.

Tuesday, October 15th

Opening Party  – Lavan Midtown – 641 W 42nd St. New York, NY 

Wednesday, October 16th
Speaker Series – TBD 
Networking Event – TBD

Thursday, October 17th
Exhibitor Floor and Fireside Chats   – Metropolitan Pavilion – 125 W 18th St. New York, NY 
After Party – NEBULA – 135 W 41st St, New York, NY 

  • Tuesday, October 15th: Opening Party at Lavan Midtown – 6PM-9PM.
  • Wednesday, October 16th:

           – The Speaker Series kicks off at 9AM – 5:00PM. -Location: TBD 

           – Networking Event 6:30PM-9:30PM. -Location: TBD 

  • Thursday, October 17th:

            – The Trade show doors open at 2pm for Education, VIP Education and All Access Ticket Holders, 3:00PM for VIP.Ticket holders and 4:00PM for General Admission, The Fireside Chats begin at 2:30PM at the Metropolitan Pavilion, ending at 7:30PM. The trade show floor closes at 8:00PM.

            – After Party at NEBULA – 8:30PM-11:30PM.

Yes you can buy Tickets at the Door. However, we suggest that you buy  tickets ahead of time.  Subject to availability and Prices will increase.

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed into any day of The Event Planner Expo. (No children or strollers will be permitted entry.)

No, unfortunately, filming of these event experiences or Keynote Speakers will not be allowed and is prohibited. 

There are no refunds available once you’ve purchased your tickets to The Event Planner Expo.
