The Event Planner Expo takes place on Tuesday, October 1st – Thursday, October 3rd. Since all 3 days are jam packed with networking, education, and business growth opportunities we highly recommend coming into the city on Monday, September 30th and staying until Friday, October 4th.
Many people make a week out of it and stay through the weekend. This way you have the chance to connect with other event professionals, meet with potential clients, and do even more networking while you are here. Plus, you’ll have some extra time to explore New York (The city is gorgeous this time of year!)
Please be cautious if approached by any 3rd party vendor soliciting hotel rooms for The Event Planner Expo. EMRG Media and The Event Planner Expo will not be able to help you resolve any problems that may arise from booking your hotel with an unauthorized 3rd party company.
