You don’t usually get to see Times Square like this. Nineteen floors up and right out in the open, the Skywalk gives you a full-circle view of the busiest spot in New York City. The lights hit differently from above, and the noise drops just enough to take it all in.

What to Expect on the Skywalk

The Times Square Skywalk experience starts in a glass elevator that goes straight up into the skyline. At the top, you step onto a 360-degree skywalk that wraps around the building. One section switches to glass underfoot, so you’re looking straight down into Times Square traffic below. Trippy? Maybe. Awesome? Absolutely!

The Centennial Ball is right in your line of sight, and there’s a confetti wishing wall tied to New Year’s Eve traditions.

Timed entry is required, and tickets can be purchased online. Pricing starts at $30. NYC residents get a small discount. A few themed dates are on the calendar, too. May 4 brings costumes and music. Cinco de Mayo drops ticket prices and adds live performances and early food giveaways.

It’s a quick stop in Midtown and easy to stop, which adds to a full day in Times Square.

If you’re building event experiences that people actually talk about, get in the room at The Event Planner Expo and see what’s working right now. Get your tickets today!
