Every summer, New York turns its streets into a giant, car-free celebration, and this year, Summer Streets is bigger than ever. In honor of the city’s 400th anniversary, over 400 blocks across the boroughs will be open to pedestrians for a few magical hours each Saturday. It’s part fitness fest, part block party, part city adventure. There’s a little bit of something for everyone. Plus, it’s totally free!
