Stacey’s experience in food began with a part time job in high school. There she discovered the perfect career for her, one that would combine her two favorite pastimes, food and parties. She pursued her passions by attending Johnson and Wales University, graduating with a B.S. in Food Service Management. She then worked directing food operations and events in a number of New York City hotels, restaurants and catering venues. Stacey now uses her professional skills and love of food, baked goods and celebrations to create memorable experiences for the clients of Butterfly Bakeshop and Small Batch Brownies by Butterfly.
