New York City’s event industry is coming together this week, and the festivities start Tuesday, October 27, at LAVAN Midtown!
The Event Planner Expo 2026 Opening Party brings event planners, venue professionals, corporate decision-makers, marketers, and hospitality leaders together for an exciting start to three days of industry connections.
Known for its immersive event environment and contemporary design, LAVAN Midtown is a fitting backdrop for a gathering of professionals who know how to throw an unforgettable event.
A Night to Connect With NYC’s Event Industry
The Opening Party gives attendees a chance to reconnect with familiar industry faces, meet potential collaborators, and strike up conversations that could lead to their next big project.
It’s also a chance to enjoy the creative energy that makes New York City one of the world’s most exciting event destinations.
Hosted as part of The Event Planner Expo’s October 27–29 lineup, the party follows Tuesday’s Speaker Series at 92NY, featuring keynote speaker Ed Mylett.
The celebration is just getting started. Wednesday brings networking at Slate, followed by Thursday’s Trade Show Floor at Metropolitan Pavilion.
