The Event Planner Expo Hosted Buyer Program is a business matchmaking experience for event planners, corporate decision-makers, meeting planners, and marketing and PR professionals. Accepted participants receive pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings with exhibitors and executives, helping them discover relevant partners and make high-value connections efficiently.
Through Eventdex technology, each meeting is assigned a dedicated time and location before the Expo. Hosted buyers can review the 2026 event schedule and explore participating exhibitors as they prepare for their appointments.
Hosted buyers commit to attending 5–8 scheduled, 20-minute meetings with exhibitors and decision-makers. The Event Planner Expo team handles the scheduling; accepted participants are responsible for arriving prepared and attending their confirmed appointments.
