1. When is The Event Planner Expo?

The Event Planner Expo promises power networking, incredible learning opportunities, and revenue-boosting engagements over three incredible days on October 27th-29th, 2026.

Tuesday, October 27th

Opening Party  – Lavan Midtown – 641 W 42nd St. New York, NY 

Wednesday, October 28th

Speaker Series – TBD 

Thursday, October 29th

Exhibitor Floor and Fireside Chats   – Metropolitan Pavilion – 125 W 18th St. New York, NY 
After Party – TBD

2. What time are the events at The Event Planner Expo?

Tuesday, October 27th: Opening Party at Lavan Midtown – 6PM-9:30PM. (only for Exhibitors, Education, VIP Education, All Access & Corporate All Access ticket holders)

Wednesday, October 28th: The Speaker Series 9AM – 5:00PM. – Location: TBD 

Thursday, October 29th: The Trade show doors open at 2pm for Education, VIP Education and All Access Ticket Holders, 3:00PM for VIP Ticket holders and 4:00PM for General Admission, The Fireside Chats begin at 3:00PM at the Metropolitan Pavilion, ending at 7:30PM. The trade show floor closes at 8:00PM.

Event Planners, Owners, Corporate Decision Makers, Meeting Planners, Marketing and PR Executives.

4. Do you have Group Rates Available?

Yes we have tickets for Groups and Sales/Marketing Teams.

5. Is there a hotel room block available?

Hotel blocks will be announced shortly.

6. Can I bring a guest with me?

Yes! Bring friends, colleagues, and your entire team! Many companies buy tickets for their sales/marketing teams. Just make sure each guest has a ticket to gain entry. If you have a group of 10+ email jstewart@emrgmedia.com and ask about discounts.

7. Is there a refund Policy, what if I can’t attend?

All tickets are non refundable. If you can’t attend we recommend you give the ticket to a co-worker or friend who is able to attend.

8. Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes you can buy Tickets at the Door. However, we suggest that you buy  tickets ahead of time.  Subject to availability and Prices will increase.

9. Who are the Keynote Speakers at The Event Planner Expo?

10. What are the booth prices?

11. Do I have to be 21 years of age to attend?

Yes.

12. Can I bring my children?

There are no children allowed at The Event Planner Expo.
