The Event Planner Expo 2026 takes place October 27th-29th in New York City. Tuesday October 27th features the Opening Party at Lavan Midtown. Wednesday October 28th is the Speaker Series. Thursday October 29th is the Trade Show.

Tuesday October 27th: Opening Party at Lavan Midtown 6PM-9:30PM. Wednesday October 28th: Speaker Series 9AM-5PM. Thursday October 29th: Trade Show doors open at 2PM.

Is there a refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we recommend giving the ticket to a co-worker or friend.

Yes, but we suggest buying ahead of time as availability may change and prices will increase.
